Working during nighttime hours, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and well cared for. Responsibilities include: Providing personal care and assistance: Helping residents with hygiene, dressing, and mobility needs during the night. Monitoring and responding to needs: Conducting regular checks, addressing any nighttime concerns, and supporting residents with dignity and respect. Encouraging restful sleep: Creating a calm and comfortable environment while assisting with evening and early morning routines. Supporting emotional wellbeing: Offering reassurance and companionship to residents who may feel unsettled during the night. Maintaining high standards: Ensuring cleanliness and safety across the care home during your shift. Recording and reporting: Documenting observations and any incidents clearly for day staff handovers. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
