Job Purpose
Responsible for the successful delivery of an exceptional private residence in Hertfordshire.
Principle duties and accountabilities
* Manage all aspects of the construction site to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, monitoring progress and implementing corrective action if required.
* Prioritise safety on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations promoting a safety-first culture within the team.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality throughout the project inspecting work at key stages to identify any defects and implement corrective measures
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and resolve discrepancies.
* Prepare site reports and progress reports as directed.
* Ensure documentation, plans and programmes are maintained and readily available on document management system.
Essential key skills and experience:
* Demonstratable experience of delivering similar types of residences.
* SMSTS and First Aid at Work Certifications.
