Maintain and develop assigned accounts to ensure positive client experience, renewal and maximise profitability through daily account management.
* Responsible for the day-to-day client relationship.
* Responsible for the onboarding of new clients and/or new programs for existing clients.
* Responsible for the implementation and the completion of SLAs (compliance with global SLA, if any).
* Responsible to establish best relationship and engage with clients to support agreed sales and maintenance strategy.
* Support Account Director in the building of sales strategy and possible target clients (prospects).
* Participate in the retention strategy and support cross-selling/up-selling initiatives.
* Document internal CRM (Salesforce.com) on a daily basis for assigned clients.
What you bring
* Support tender management team for prospects.
* Support network insurers for local tenders by coordinating with HQ, leveraging global relationships, etc.
* Ensure feedback from RfP’s in coordination with other AGB teams.
* Ensure sales processes are in place and followed.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with client’s brokers.
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with Network Insurers.
* Provide support for Network Searches.
* Report issues and/or improvements and suggest solutions to account management leader.
* Manage the operational, day-to-day relationship with corporate clients.
* Focus on retention and consolidation of existing business and acquisition of new business for existing clients.
* Coordinate day-to-day service delivery to existing corporate clients, e.g.:
* Timely delivery on quote requests within the network.
* Support with the preparation of client review meetings.
* Pre-qualification of requests from clients and prospects.
* Execution of client/prospect strategy.
* Support network insurers with local tenders for existing corporate clients.
What you offer
* Manage the full client relationship: operational and strategic.
* Define the Sales strategy for the nominated client.
* Set cross-selling and up-selling objectives on assigned client portfolio.
* Execute operationally the cross-selling and up-selling.
* Review and analyze the client relationship on a regular basis.
* Inform the Account Director regularly about any developments and ask for guidance.
* Integrate annual planning of nominated client into the Account Director's annual planning.
* Senior Account Manager may be asked to support or supervise the work of Account Manager on demand.
