About the role We are a small (c 40 staff) specialist tax firm dealing with international personal tax, mainly US taxation of 'non-doms' and US taxation of its citizens and residents. We require a part-time administrator to support a director and their wider team. The role is equivalent to a three-day week though preferred to be reduced hours over five days (but this is negotiable). Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for the director, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining their calendar. Organise and prepare documents as required. Coordinate team activities, including internal and client meetings, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements. Manage emails and communications on behalf of the director, prioritizing and responding where appropriate. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Assist in maintaining client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection standards. Support office administration, including invoicing, client onboarding and reminders. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role is desired but not essential. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This will be tested during the interview process. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
