1. Organising travel & accommodation arrangements for the directors when required
2. Organising and managing the diary of the Directors
3. Completing as required any correspondence, reports and presentations ensuring the work is accurate.
4. Attending meetings and taking minutes of relevant meetings and distributing as required
5. Providing administration support through emails and correspondence to clients where required
6. Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout project
7. Defining and engaging cross project and specific teams
8. Project planning, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan
9. Tracking progress of projects against time frames and ensuring timely completion of projects
10. Facilitating the overall cross-functional project team e.g., cohesive working across complementary skill sets
11. Monitoring and advising upon project finances
12. Managing the flow of project information between the team, through regular meetings and written communications
13. Knowledge management - Ensuring key information and learnings generated from each project/activity is fed back to the team and information is held centrally for reference and benefit of the team
14. Process improvement - Identifying and acting upon ways to improve internal systems and processes
15. Administering reporting for the Director on team performance measures on an agreed basis
16. Implementation of new procedures to increase efficiency across the business
17. Working with the Directors and finance manager to create profit & loss reports for projects
