Your Role:
As the trusted second-in-command, you'll be integral in ensuring our store runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

2. Customer Interaction: Help customers find exactly what they need and create memorable shopping experiences.
3. Training & Guidance: Provide coaching on products and effective sales techniques to empower your team.
4. Store Operations Oversight: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the store.
5. Set Up for Success: End your day by preparing for the next day's challenges.
What You'll Do:
1. Assist in managing all daily store functions for seamless operations.
2. Step up in the Store Manager's absence, keeping the team motivated and engaged.
3. Deliver unforgettable customer experiences that promote loyalty and satisfaction.
