Main duties of the job Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: As a Registered Nurse, with a valid NMC pin, youll be responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.This includes oversight of care, administering and ordering medication,reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team and delivering best practice continually. You have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard. You are confident offering clinical guidance for care teams, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks. As a highly trusted member of the team you enjoy building connections with residents and their family, giving them the kindness and support and care they deserve. Effective communication and reporting skills are essential in order to effectively handover clinical issues to other team members and health care professionals.
