* Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple channels
* Monitor and manage budgets effectively
* Analyse campaign performance, providing clear reports and actionable insights
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies
* Continually optimise campaigns for improved performance
* Ensure all digital marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals
* Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
The Successful Applicant
A successful Paid Media Strategist should have:
* Proven experience in managing large-scale Paid Media & PPC campaigns
* 4-5 years experience at an Advertising and PR Agency.
* Proficiency in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms
* Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* A creative yet pragmatic approach to problem-solving
