Desktop Support Analyst - IOS, MAC, Windows Large client in Birmingham looking for a desktop support analyst initially for 2 months but with a good chance of extension. As a desktop support analyst you will provide IT client services to internal users and external customers primarily encompassing incident, problem, change, configuration and release management. The successful desktop support analyst will manage the desktop environment, ensuring optimum functionality and availability, along with effective response to requests for support and change You will also take on new projects, support process design and implementation as well as undertake supplier management. Required skills for the Desktop Support Analyst: Apple Mac Technician (iOS specialist / Mac OS Specialist / Hardware) Windows Technician (Windows, Server technologies) Active Directory / Single Sign on Specialist MDM Technician (Jamf / AirWatch / Mobile Iron or similar) Google Cloud Apps Specialist Dell Hardware Specialist ITIL certified This is a very much a one off opportunity to join an established and cutting edge business.
