Job Description Reporting to the Stock Administration Manager, the Export Administrator is to provide accurate administration for a busy Stock and Admin department. Supporting the onsite EOV ensuring that the documentation for export is accurate and that the relevant clearances are obtained. Working hours: Weekdays-15 hour contract. Salary: £26,896 per annum (pro rata to the hours worked). Key Duties of a Export Administrator: Collating and processing export documentation Obtaining export clearances Liaison with Clients and Customer Service General administration paperwork filing Other duties as reasonably required Providing cover for Stock and Administration department when required: Creating and distributing stock reports to both internal and external customers Processing stock queries within agreed timeframes, providing customer care Investigating discrepancies and processing dispute procedures Processing returns and inter depot cross documents Pursuing stock rejections and returns throughout the network Processing system transactions to correct stock balances Maintaining accurate transactions in outside warehouse database Investigating outstanding, incoming, outside and missing pallets Empty location checks as required on the system Recording and escalating internal and external non-conformances Supporting colleagues throughout the network Providing cover for Goods In desk as required
