We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist school in Portsmouth that provides placements for students who are unable to attend mainstream school. This may be due to behavioural challenges, low attendance, or difficult home circumstances. The Role: Supporting students in their learning and personal development. Working closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning environment. Helping students manage challenges and re-engage with education. Can include both 1:1 and group working.
