What You'll Be Doing
Maintenance & Troubleshooting - Conduct preventative & reactive maintenance on complex machinery, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Precision Engineering - Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical issues with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
Project Management - Take ownership of new equipment installations and continuous improvement projects.
Process Optimization - Standardise maintenance procedures and enhance efficiency across the plant.
Team Collaboration - Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless production flow and mentor apprentices in mechanical training.
Your Background & Skills
3+ years' experience in a Mechanical Fitter/Engineer role.
Relevant Engineering qualification.
Strong analytical and fault-finding skills.
Counterbalance FLT License (preferred).
Good electrical understanding.
