Elite Personnel is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established law firm based in Tamworth. Key Responsibilities:
Assist solicitors with a varied private client caseload.
Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence, and client letters.
Liaise with clients, providing high levels of client care, and maintain regular communication throughout each matter.
Conduct legal research and ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Manage and organise client files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality standards.
Support with administrative tasks, including diary management, document filing, and meeting preparation.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a paralegal, ideally within private client law (experience in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning is highly advantageous).
A degree in law (LLB or equivalent) is essential.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to client interactions.
Proficiency in legal software and MS Office suite.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable team player.
