Job Description
The Role:
We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team on a permanent basis.
Key activities:
1. Reconciliation of stock at all UK, EU & US warehouses.
2. Liaising with our 3PL providers in the UK, EU & US, leading weekly meetings and proactively monitoring and ensuring adherence to KPIs.
3. Working closely with the Logistic Manager on projects.
4. Cost & data analysis of current and historical trends.
5. Identify areas of improvement and drive change to SOPs.
6. Recognizing business-critical logistic updates and informing key stakeholders.
7. Validation of logistics invoices from 3PLs & freight forwarders.
8. Responsible for resolving stock issues, order administration & system accuracy.
9. Oversight of end-to-end order processing, stock movements & allocations.
10. Liaising with freight forwarders, providing customs with the necessary paperwork for goods to be received in UK, EU & US from HK.
11. Overseeing the annual stock takes across all locations.
Location:
This role will mainly be “Work from Home” with attendance at the London Bridge office required twice a week. There will also be the potential need for occasional travel within the UK and Europe.
Requirements
1. Excellent written and verbal skills.
2. Pro-active problem solver who does not require micro-managing.
3. Self-starter with an understanding of priorities / good use of initiative.
4. An organised multitasker with the ability to prioritise and a strong eye for detail.
5. Experience with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
6. Previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations required.
