Role: Locum CRM Cardiac Physiologist Banding: Band 7 Location: Basingstoke Hours: Full-time, 4 days per week, 08:00AM – 18:00PM (flexible) Start Date: ASAP Rate: £46 - £55 per hour Duration: Minimum 6 months (long-term assignment) About the role: The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and proficient Cardiac Device Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role primarily involves follow-up and implant work with brady and complex devices. The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to cover intervention work, including angios and PCI, due to mixed lists. However, candidates who specialize in pacing clinics without intervention experience are also encouraged to apply. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform follow-up and implant procedures for brady and complex devices. Cover intervention work (angios and PCI) as needed. Provide specialized care in pacing clinics. Work primarily at our Basingstoke site, with occasional coverage in Winchester. Flexibility to cover Winchester two days a week if residing in the South. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Clinical ECG / ABPM experience. Relevant qualifications and experience as a Non-Invasive Cardiac Physiologist. Proficiency in brady and complex devices. Desirable: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience in intervention work (preferred but not essential). Willingness to travel between Basingstoke and Winchester as needed. Why work with Pulse?
