As the first point of contact for potential clients, you'll handle new enquiries with empathy and professionalism. You'll also work closely with the department head to assess the viability of claims. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a professional with: Strong customer service experience, ideally within a legal setting. A solid academic background. The ability to build trust with clients, particularly those experiencing distressing circumstances. Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills. IT proficiency, with experience working in a paperless environment. A keen interest in Clinical Negligence and/or the legal field. Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Salary & Benefits Fully remote role available after a few weeks of training in Altrincham.
