Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a great new opportunity for a Receptionist / Secretary at a fast-growing Accountancy practice based in Edgbaston. This is a varied role that combines front of house duties with secretarial tasks.
Receptionist / Secretary responsibilities:
1. Front of House reception duties such as managing telephone switchboard, making and taking calls etc.
2. General administrative duties - post, scanning, emails, query management.
3. Writing and sending out client engagement letters.
4. Minimal and basic accounts admin work.
5. Secretarial support to the practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous experience in a Reception/Front of House role within professional services.
2. A well-spoken and articulate individual who is proficient in using Microsoft packages.
3. A strong attention to detail.
4. Someone who is happy in a varied Receptionist role.
