We are seeking a HR Manager to join our team at Turning Tides. This is a newly created role and will manage a small team to deliver a proactive HR service to managers across West Sussex. Key Responsibilities
-Advice, guidance and coaching to a team of managers who are running our services
-Managing the talent acquisition process from vacancy through to onboarding to ensure a great experience for candidates and a good pipeline of talent for managers
-Lead the business in all HR policies, processes and procedures
-Continuous development of policies and procedures, to include training, staff handbook and management guides
-Lead a small HR team to deliver administrative tasks and payroll, including HR data management and analysis
-Get involved in annual strategic planning process and lead and deliver on projects that make a difference
About You
We are looking for someone with –
-Experience and Knowledge: The successful candidate will have worked in HR for between 5—8 years with at least 3 years at a management level. Ideally qualified to at least CIPD Level 5, with excellent employment law knowledge
-Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, along with great attention to detail
-Flexibility: Ability to be flexible in approach to workload and changing priorities to meet deadlines
-Team Player: A a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to get things done
