Job Summary
This role supports the Group’s Company Secretariat function during a transitional phase and periods of high workload. The postholder will provide a broad range of company secretarial services, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and best practices, aligned with business strategy and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure statutory compliance by maintaining corporate records and overseeing all relevant filings.
2. Provide comprehensive secretarial support across both Consult and Construct business divisions, escalating issues to the Company Secretary as needed.
3. Support the registration and dissolution of corporate entities, managing due diligence processes for entity closures.
4. Manage the opening, closure, and KYC processes for both UK and international bank accounts, ensuring mandate signatories are current.
5. Liaise effectively with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
6. Oversee director changes, Power of Attorney documents, intra-group loan agreements, and dividends, ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared, executed, and recorded in Diligent Entities.
