Title: Business Analyst (Cards Domain) Start Date: ASAP Location: Northampton Salary: £250 - £300 per day Contract: Until the end of June 2025 Key Responsibilities: Identify business requirements and develop solutions that address business challenges and opportunities. Oversee the full program lifecycle, working with global and regional stakeholders to enhance card portfolios across multiple markets. Lead the digital transformation of card products, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Analyze and optimize cards issuance, authorization journeys, and secured lending processes. Support collections and recoveries for Cards and Loans. Contribute to Digital Credit Lending, Underwriting, and Appraisals. Drive Digital Payments initiatives, including UPI, BBPS, Payment Gateways, and Card Payments. Conduct feasibility studies, business case development, and operational design to support change initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations and add business value. Provide reports on project progress, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Support change management efforts, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions. Key Skills & Experience Required 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with extensive experience in the Cards & Payments domain. Proven expertise in leading transformative projects within financial services, specifically in card products and payment systems. Strong understanding of card products, payment ecosystems, regulatory requirements, and customer experience management across multiple markets. Hands-on experience with ETHIX Core Banking Products, covering Branch, Finance, Credit, and PCD. Proficiency in problem analysis, business process optimization, and digital transformation strategies. Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing regional or multi-market operations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Experience with CRM systems, data analytics platforms, and automation tools relevant to card products. Willingness to travel as required for regional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
