As an Assistant Planner and Assistant Merchandiser, you will have a key role in helping to drive sales and profit by managing key categories within the business, with focus on optimising stock, department performance, advising on in-season trading and taking ownership of key continuity lines. What You Will Be Doing In season trading under the direction of Planner, focusing on weekly reporting requirements and Monday trade packs. Key continuity line management to ensure 100% stock availability at SKU level is maintained at all times. Responding to trading patterns, and highlighting risks and opportunities to the Planner. Intake & Stock Management support, with a focus on delivering in line with key launch plans. Working closely with the PAA on critical path management. Support markdown planning, creating line level forecasts and pricing suggestions. Focusing on maximizing sell thru and optimizing margin. Manage category WSSIs with support of Planner. Carry out detailed analysis of current and past performance to maximise commercial opportunities Support Planner on range building and option planning, considering the specific needs of varying channels and markets.
