As our night nurse, you'll be part of a 3-week rota consisting of 7 nights on, followed by 14 days off, giving you ample time to recharge and maintain a great work-life balance. Shifts run from 7:15 pm to 8:15 am, where you'll have the responsibility of providing top-tier care to our in-patients, ensuring they are comfortable, safe, and monitored throughout the night. Occasionally, you may be asked to provide day cover during your two weeks off, allowing you to stay involved with the daytime team as well. We’re looking for an RVN who excels in overnight patient care, has strong communication skills, and can confidently work through the varied cases that come through our doors. Whether it’s managing emergencies, providing support to recovering patients, or maintaining a calm presence through the night, your expertise will be a crucial part of our practice.
