As a Fraud Investigation Manager, you will be managing a team of investigators and working with senior stakeholders internally and externally to protect the business and its customers against fraud. The Role As a Fraud Investigation Manager, you will be working within a team to: Investigating fraud cases and supporting the team at the escalation phase Managing a team of fraud investigators and managing the teams workload Staying up-to-date with fraud trends, regulation and policy Analysing and supporting new fraud trends being seen by the investigators Working with the data teams to create new solutions in stopping transaction fraud Liaising with regulatory bodies to make sure the business is in line with fraud regulation Your skills and experience For you to be successful as a Fraud Investigation Manager, you will need: Experience as a Fraud Manager Experience managing a team of fraud investigators Strong experience investigating transaction fraud Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to manage both upwards and downwards Experience working closely with regulators Benefits Up to £80,000 benefits
