We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Erdington. The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: Supporting students with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs. Working closely with class teachers and SEN professionals to deliver tailored support both in class and during one-to-one or small group sessions. Assisting with daily routines, transitions, and helping create a safe and encouraging learning environment. About You: Previous experience supporting children with SEN is highly desirable (but not essential if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn). A calm, empathetic and resilient approach to working with children. Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset. Able to commit to a full-time role and commute to Erdington.
