Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Provide clerical support including filing, document preparation, and correspondence management. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members. Assist in the development of operational procedures to enhance productivity. Maintain a professional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries. Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as required. Ensure all office supplies are stocked and organised for optimal efficiency. The successful candidate should have: Proven experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a senior capacity. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using computerised systems.
