Job Title: GIS Analyst
Location: Fully Remote (UK Based)

They are seeking a skilled GIS Analyst proficient in ArcGIS and experienced in integrating diverse datasets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating detailed maps and incorporating complex data to support environmental initiatives. Experience in river catchment analysis is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain high-quality maps using ArcGIS to visualise environmental data.
* Integrate various datasets, including satellite imagery, field surveys, and sensor data, into GIS platforms.
* Conduct spatial analyses to inform river catchment management and conservation strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret GIS data and support decision-making processes.
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of spatial data through regular quality assessments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Geography, Environmental Science, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
* Proficiency in ArcGIS software and familiarity with other GIS tools.
* Demonstrated experience in integrating and managing diverse geospatial datasets.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex spatial information.
* Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* Experience in river catchment analysis is a significant advantage.
