Plant Designs are London’s independent design-led plant experts, providing creative greenery and quality care to the capital’s workplaces and event spaces.
We design, install, and care for some of the city’s most innovative plant displays, working with over 350 clients to build life into their spaces. We pride ourselves on our award-winning planting designs and our ability, through the collaboration and experience of our team, to care for them.
As a company, we are made up of two areas: Commercial/Office planting and Events. The team work together across these areas to provide our clients with a quality and broad ranging horticultural service.
The Role:
We are looking for a focused and friendly person, who can help with the smooth running of our Horticultural Services department providing plant care and maintenance services to our clients.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
* Overseeing scheduling and weekly rotas for 20+ team members
* Efficiently planning service rounds across 350+ client sites
* Organising access to client sites and providing details for service visits and onsite works
* Sending RAMS and completing permits required for onsite works
* Working across various platforms including Connecteam scheduling software
* Providing customer service and handling client queries regarding service visits
* Answering phones and delegating information to relevant team members
* Communicating between departments and staff members to ensure smooth running of all services
* Coordinating stock management for Horticultural Services department
* Assisting with general company administration
Candidate Skills & Experience:
* Highly organised, systematic and detail orientated
* Strong communicator who is personable and professional
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Highly competent IT and administrative skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and time management with ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with regular changes
* Experience with scheduling software or rota systems desirable
* 2+ years of office experience minimum

This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week from 8:30am-5pm.
Starting salary of £30,000 (subject to experience).
