You'll define business and functional requirements, create and manage clinical content, and collaborate with stakeholders across Altera, clients, and national bodies to ensure our solution meets the highest standards. What You'll Do: Gather and analyze requirements from clients and SMEs. Document requirements and workflows clearly. Translate business needs into technical specifications and documentation. Design, configure, and document content within Sunrise Clinical Manager. Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of clinical and functional content. Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams. Create product guides and manage release communications. Identify opportunities for solution enhancement. Role Requirements Proficient Sunrise Clinical Manager configuration skills. Direct experience with EPR or Healthcare IT Solutions essential, with experience of Patient Administration Systems an advantage. Real world NHS delivery experience Strong communication and organizational skills. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Healthcare / NHS Industry Experience. Working Arrangements Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements. Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely. May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays. On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs. Up to 10-30% travel may be required.
