Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and managing our channel partnerships to drive growth and enhance market presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of B2B marketing, and the ability to analyse market trends effectively. The Channel Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and execution of channel strategies.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement channel strategies to maximise revenue opportunities and market penetration.
2. Communicate effectively with partners to establish strong relationships and ensure alignment on goals.
3. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
4. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all initiatives are executed on schedule.
5. Utilise WordPress for content management and optimisation of partner resources.
6. Create compelling copywriting for marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
7. Organise regular training sessions for partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
8. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes between partners.
Experience
1. Proven experience in channel management or a related field, preferably within a B2B environment.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in assessing market data.
4. Multi-language skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication abilities.
5. Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous.
6. Experience using IT tools and platforms relevant to channel management is beneficial.
7. Resources within educational institutions or immigrant communities, with experience in facilitating collaboration through mental health platforms.
