Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will support the Sales Director and team with strategic insights and manage schedules, meetings, and communication. You will also analyze sales data to improve conversion rates, reduce customer drop-offs, and optimize spending.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Assistance:
1. Manage the Sales Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel.
2. Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Sales Director.
3. Prepare materials and agendas for meetings.
4. Track and manage action items for the Sales Director.
5. Assist in organizing sales events and client visits.
Data Analysis:
1. Optimize conversion rates by analyzing sales funnel metrics.
2. Monitor and analyze customer drop-offs to develop retention strategies.
3. Assess customer spend data to identify trends and maximize revenue.
4. Develop reports and dashboards for the sales team and senior management.
5. Track KPIs related to sales efficiency, revenue growth, and customer retention.
6. Propose data-driven initiatives to drive growth and improve customer engagement.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in sales or manufacturing.
2. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate data analysis.
7. Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field/similar experience.
2. Experience in manufacturing or B2B sales.
3. Advanced data skills such as machine learning, predictive analytics, R, Python are a plus.
4. Knowledge of project management software and methodologies.
Hours:
1. 07:30 – 16:30 Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 on Wednesdays.
