Job Description
* Checking for IDs to ensure only authorised individuals access the premises.
* Expertly managing conflicts between students, diffusing tensions and resolving disputes with professionalism and tact.
* Enforcing campus policies by ensuring no smoking or vaping occurs outside of designated areas, promoting a healthy and compliant environment.
* Coordinating car parks to optimise space usage and ensure smooth traffic flow, contributing to efficient campus operations.
* Being a first responder in medical emergencies, providing timely and effective first aid response to those in need.
* Thoroughly documenting incidents and maintaining accurate records through comprehensive incident reporting, aiding in analysis and future prevention efforts.
Essential Skills
* SIA Licence.
* Access to own vehicle/good transport links.
* 5 years minimum Security Experience.
* 5 year checkable history and RTW in the UK.
* Must have good conflict management skills.
* Physically fit due to a lot of time standing up/patrolling/observing.
* Willing to complete Full First Aid, CCTV Training and Enhanced DBS check.
