Job Description
* Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with company objectives
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for goods and services
* Ensure procurement processes are compliant with regulatory requirements
* Lead and mentor a team in the procurement & supply chain department
* Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement activities
* Analyse market trends and apply insights to procurement strategies
* Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated business processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Business Partner should have:
* A degree qualification in a relevant field
* Experience in procurement within the not-for-profit or charity sector
* Leadership skills and experience managing a team
* Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
* Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and compliance
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
