We are now looking for an organised and proactive Cosmetic Materials Compliance Assistant to join the team on a 6 months fixed term contract. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to the high-quality standards and global compliance of our innovative products. Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Affairs and working very closely with our Formulation team, you will ensure all raw materials and products comply with regulatory and customer requirements.
This role will be based in our Innovation Centre in Aston Clinton. We operate hybrid working with this role expectation being an average 3 days per week in the office.

In more detail your role will include:
* Administrative tasks such as requesting documents, updating our raw materials database, checking and uploading documents, checking accuracy and inputting information onto our technical system.
* Liaising with IT, Procurement, Formulation teams and materials suppliers to ensure that the raw materials database is accurate and implementing automations where possible.
* Ensurng that the onboarding processes for new materials covers the necessary
compliance requirements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience within an office or administrative environment.
* Excellent analytical and Sheets/Excel skills.
* Methodical person with great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Good stakeholder management skills.
* Organised person with ability to plan and manage own workload.
* Keen to learn and develop your own knowledge on Cosmetics and Regulations.
