Overview: We are seeking a Digital Support Apprentice to support our operations by managing key business systems, ensuring coordination across teams, and delivering high-level support to internal and external stakeholders. This role is vital in maintaining efficient processes across scheduling, finance, and client communications. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first responder for Simpro (work scheduling software), ensuring accurate scheduling and job coordination. Utilise Simpro to record manage and track client and project information efficiently. Support finance functions with invoice processing and payment tracking using Xero as systems expert supporting the finance team with contracts. Act as Superuser of the Microsoft Office Suite package (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote and Powerpoint) for communication, reporting, and documentation of internal and external information along with meeting minute taking. Answering incoming calls, through our direct line as well as outgoing calls to tenants and suppliers Desired skills: Good telephone manner Presentable Has a "go-getter" attitude Drive, location not duties: Please Note - Being able to drive is preferred but not essential as long as you are within an hour commute. Salary: £17,000 - £18,000 per annum. Working week: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday / 37.5hrs a week.
