Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery, independence, and well-being.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
* Provide advice, education, and support to patients, families, and carers.
* Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to discharge planning.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
