Role Overview
As Leasehold Scheme Manager you will be providing frontline person-centred housing management services to Customers within our retirement living environments.
Key responsibilities
•Be accountable for Health & Safety and Fire safety checks including comprehensive and clearly auditable records. Effective liaison between internal departments as necessary.
•Effective management of the building and estate to ensure effective health and safety management, security and cleanliness of the site. This will include things such as reporting repairs, undertaking fire alarms, conducting pull cord checks and effective recording of this.
•To provide a person-centred service to our customers that encapsulates our ‘Retirement Living’ ethos utilising the provided tools and guides available.
Accountable for appropriate and effective safeguarding reporting and actions, in line with legislation and internal reporting systems.
•Be responsible for customer engagement and consultation, facilitate customers’ aspirations for social and wellbeing activities, proactively, engaging with care, statutory, and voluntary agencies, ensuring the service and site is accessible to all.
•To manage low level ASB cases in accordance with policies and procedures working with the Housing team and provide clear guidance to customers reporting ASB.
To be the point of contact and liaison with all relevant agencies, both statutory and voluntary as required.
•To be responsible for regularly monitoring and reporting on the general safety and wellbeing of customers, including signposting, and referring customers to support services’ where appropriate.
•To manage low level complaints or dissatisfaction on site in accordance with A2Dominion Policy.
•To support Housing Manager with general queries relating to Service Charges.

•Excellent communication skills as you will act as a first point of contact for tenants
•Social care experience and/or experience working with vulnerable customers desirable, but not essential
•Knowledge of safeguarding essential
•Organisational skills, including time management and ability to meet targets
•Ability to work under own initiative
•Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math's and English (Grades A*- C)
•Intermediate IT skills
•Social care related qualification desirable
•Health and Safety L2 desirable
