Diabetes Foot Protection Service
An exciting opportunity is now available for a qualified Foot Care Assistant to join the Diabetes Foot Protection Service at NELFT. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about the care they give to patients and who wants to make a real difference in diabetic foot care.
At NELFT, we have secured significant and long-term Transformation funding and are undertaking an ambitious and exciting programme of co-design with our partners in the Integrated Care Board (ICB), primary care networks (PCN), and secondary care. Our aim is to improve and enhance our service delivery to meet the challenges that face our diabetic population in Barking and Dagenham, Havering, and Redbridge through integration and collaboration. We want to improve patient outcomes to help our residents reduce the risk of developing active limb-threatening or life-threatening diabetic foot problems.
In return, we can offer you access to dedicated and personalised training and development, flexible working with our blended approach to new ways of working, and an unmissable chance to be part of something great that will shape the delivery of these services for years to come.

We provide care within a range of community settings across BHR.
