We are currently recruiting an experienced Production Operative to join a leading manufacturing company near Aspatria.
Key Details:
* Pay: From £12.80 per hour
* Shift Pattern: 4on/4off, 2 days, 2 nights 6-6
* Location: Near Aspatria. Own transport preferred
* Overtime and Shift Allowance available
The Role:
As a Production Operative, you will manage machinery and production processes. Knowledge of food safety, quality, and safety procedures is preferred, but full training will be provided.
This varied role involves learning different aspects of manufacturing, including operating various machines, general labor, and hygiene tasks.
Requirements:
* Reliability and a proactive approach to work
* Own transport due to location
* Experience in production preferred, but full training provided
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
