A field sales role promoting a leading range of GRP building products into national and regional house builders. My client has framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices tracking and winning their new developments.
Package: £45k-£50k basic with a 10% bonus scheme, car or car allowance, laptop, mobile, pension and access to a group benefits app.
Location: East and West Midlands, Yorkshire & North West
Products: GRP Building products - Canopies, Dormers, Chimneys, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds
Customers: National house builders and regional developers
The Role – Area Sales Manager:
* Promoting my clients industry leading range of prefabricated Canopy's, Dormer's, Chimney Stacks, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds.
* Framework agreements are already in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices tracking and winning each new development.
* Roughly 70% of the role will be tracking these new developments from existing house builder accounts.
* Whilst also prospecting and winning new regional house builders to add to your portfolio.
* There are estimating, technical and customer service teams to support you.
