The Mental Health and Learning Disability Team within the Quality, Safety & Improvement Directorate of the NHS Executive is looking for an Improvement Manager to work within the Mental Health team, which supports the delivery of the Strategic Programme for Mental Health and the National Dementia Programme. It will be essential for the post holder to build a strong and effective working relationship with colleagues working in the broader Executive, people with lived experience, health boards, partner agencies, improvement teams, academia, and Welsh Government. You'll be joining an ambitious team, comprising some of the most qualified, experienced Improvement professionals in health and social care in Wales. Together, we lead, embed and champion Improvement across Wales - drawing on international best practice and evidence. As part of our ongoing development, we want to strengthen our team by recruiting new team members from diverse backgrounds with a mix of skills, personalities and experiences - considering candidates from both an NHS background as well as other sectors.
