Mental Health Support Worker
Hull Primary Care Networks (Modality PCN)
Fixed term to cover Maternity Leave
£22,010.56 per annum for 37 hours
Mental Health Support Workers provide non-clinical support, advice and signposting to individuals presenting to a Primary Care Setting with concerns for their mental health.
You should be experienced in delivering mental health services, with an excellent understanding of the lived experiences of those who access mental health services. We are looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, and has a non-judgmental approach.
