Brightwork are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to work with our prestigious client in Glasgow on a temporary ongoing basis.
Working as a key part of the organisation's HR Department, the successful candidate will develop & deliver key projects as well as providing professional HR advice and support in a range of areas.
Duties will include:
1. Providing HR support & guidance to all levels of staff across the business.
2. Acting as a main point of contact for the HR department – liaising with stakeholders, internal departments, and external applicants.
3. Developing and delivering key training activities – such as staff training programmes and new start inductions.
4. Managing HR projects alongside day-to-day tasks.
5. Advising on and coordinating recruitment activities – liaising with departmental leads and external partners.
6. Assisting with HR advisory projects/cases in the wider business if required.
7. Developing and delivering staff management training.
The successful candidate will:
1. Have strong experience working within an HR generalist role – with notable skills in staff training, upskilling & development.
2. Have excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with contacts across all levels of the organisation.
3. Be comfortable working in a busy & demanding role often multi-tasking several projects on top of day-to-day tasks.
4. Be proficient with all MS Office packages, picking up new systems and interpreting/conveying complex HR information with ease.
