We are seeking confident and driven individuals to join the Slough based Field Sales Assistant team. Our client takes on board a variety of different companies to provide sales and marketing solutions for them. You will be the face of our brands; you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling products/services to bring on new customers and supporters. Whilst previous sales experience is not needed, we do look for individuals who will thrive in a target-driven role.
Come rain or shine, you will meet with our prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them directly to products and services that will make a difference in their lives. We offer in-depth training when you first join, enabling you to have quality conversations with customers from the get-go and setting you up for success.
Product Training
During your first 2 weeks, you will undergo full product training and sales coaching with a mix of self-led learning/practice and an in-office induction with the leadership team for your detailed learning journey. You will be learning as you go, whilst being partnered with a sales expert so you can start making money in your first week, with an average being £450 - £600 per week.
