The holder of the position will be responsible for managing and developing sales of all Diesel products within UK & Eire to the agreed budgeted level and plan. Key responsibilities Support growth of Delphi Technologies revenues and market share within defined perimeter for all products in portfolio and all distribution channels. Responsibility for designated commercial/key accounts in terms of sales/budgets/profitability Perform on financials KPIs Revenue targets Gross & Net Margin targets Overdue targets OI Targets in line with overall BW aspirations Monthly forecasting /Forecast accuracy Be proactive, regular F2F reviews with strategic customer accounts. Perform regular benchmarks and identify new margin/OI growth opportunities with existing and new customers plus improvement of internal processes Preparation and submission of bids for new requests, including fleet and national through authorized distributors Work with Diesel National Distributor to develop authorized network.
