Responsibilities
* Provide tailored English and Maths intervention sessions for Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create individualised learning plans to support the academic progress of SEN students
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and attainment in English and Maths
* Regularly assess students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Collaborate with other educators and professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
Minimum Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience working with SEN students in an educational setting
* Demonstrated expertise in teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English and Maths to SEN students
Additional Qualifications
* Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of SEN students
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Training in specific intervention programmes for English and Maths
Working Conditions
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work in a school or learners home environment with SEN students
* Potential for remote teaching depending on circumstances
