Purchase Ledger Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised, capable and confident individual to join our dynamic organisation as a Purchase Ledger Assistant.
This role reports directly to the Group Accountant within the Purchase Ledger team.
Jones Bros is a forward-thinking organisation with over 60 years of experience, employing over 300 people. Our site teams deliver quality civil engineering services across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Purchase Ledger team
* Process and reconcile purchase invoices in a timely manner
* Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting or relevant field
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
