Role: Field Service Technician Apprentice
Located: Field based - Runcorn, Cheshire
Contract: Electrical, Electronic Product Service and Installation Engineer Level 3 Apprenticeship (up to 36 Months)

Responsibilities:
* Developing skills and abilities to provide customers with a professional, efficient maintenance and repair service whilst ensuring full customer satisfaction.
* Provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
* Maximize revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
* Management and control of account stock to improve first time fix levels to customers and minimize stock losses.
You will ideally have:
* Willingness to commit to online learning and portfolio building of average 4 hours per week.
* Hold a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths prior to the programme; otherwise, this will need to be completed during the apprenticeship.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Some basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical engineering and fault finding techniques.
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills.
* This role requires travel throughout a designated area (Dagenham) and is in 24/7 print environments; therefore, a flexible approach to work is required.
