Department: Receptionist & Marketing Assistant Location: Manchester Compensation: £27,691 - £27,691 / year Description Receptionist and Marketing Assistant – Full Time £27,691 Manchester City Centre We have an exciting opportunity for an experience receptionist who is ready to move into a role with additional marketing and tenant event responsibilities. You will relish a challenge and be highly organised, working collaboratively to support the marketing team to create a community vibe across the estate. You will deliver an exemplary tenant service and visitor experience, to everyone who comes into the building, understanding the importance of leaving a lasting impression. You should be well presented with proven relevant experience and confident to take ownership of this busy and varied role. Hours and salary Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm £27,691 Key Responsibilities Reception Delivering a warm, friendly welcome to tenants and visitors Meeting, greeting and registering all visitors to the building, following appropriate protocols Managing deliveries, including couriers and post Ensure all calls and emails are responded to in a time efficient manner. Prep the boardroom for meetings and clear/reset once the meeting has concluded. Monitor and order refreshments and consumables. General administration, as required Building management Work closely with the facilities management team – confidently reporting building issues and helping manage to resolution Manage contractors visiting the building to undertake regular maintenance, issuing keys as required and updating the progress / maintenance log Liaising with Security and Facilities Management for out of hours access to the building; this can be for meetings, events or contracted works. Organise and manage PPE equipment, allowing for efficient organisation and distribution ahead of tours Marketing responsibilities Develop a working knowledge of the general estate and its developments to confidently answer visitors' questions Support the Marketing Manager with administration (primarily invoices) and ad hoc marketing and events projects/activities Liaise with the events team to assist in the preparation and running of events Work collaboratively with the events team to input social value data into the Social Value Portal (portal training provided) Update the estate App to include all events, both internal and Tenant's events/offers Develop and maintain a good working relationships with key communicators across the estate Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience in a front of house reception role and are ready for a new challenge Event management experience (desirable) Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service Proactive, self-motivated and thrive in an environment where you are required to multitask, using your initiative to solve problems Excellent written, verbal communication skills and able to confidently communicate with key stakeholders Competent Microsoft Office / PC systems user and willing to learn in house systems and processes Benefits Company pension Referral programme Wellness scheme, including a 24-hour confidential helpline Company events
