Are you a Retail Store Manager interested in working with one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada?
The Vision Express store in Swansea Cadle is currently looking for its next Retail Store Manager to join the business and support with the building and development of a strong team to deliver on it’s potential. This store is based within Tesco Extra at Fforestfach Retail Park in a location with high footfall and two testing rooms.
As a Retail Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll be responsible for leading the culture of your store, you’ll be accountable for the management of day-to-day operations, and you’ll motivate and inspire your team to deliver in our mission to help provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.
Although the hours of this role are advertised, if this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear about your ideal working week. Whether this is hours to fit around the school run or you prefer a compressed week - we are open to discussing flexible options with you further.
