New Opening General Manager - Herne Bay - UK A fantastic opportunity has become available for an inspirational leader to step into the role of General Manager at our new opening at Herne Bay. As a ‘New Opening’s General Manager’ you will be responsible for recruiting a high performing team and collaborating with resources across the business. You will ensure the team are prepared, trained and ready to deliver exceptional member service upon club opening and you will be responsible for ensuring all induction, health & safety procedures and training are implemented prior to this. Whilst always leading a culture of excellence, you will work alongside Club Support and your regional management team to share your knowledge and expertise to not only ensure ways of working, but to create and implement club actions against key metrics to ensure our team members and members have the best experience at this new club. You will be eligible to participate in the David Lloyd Clubs General Manager pre-opening bonus scheme (measured on metrics specific to new openings) and the ongoing GM Bonus scheme.
